What to expect:
We’ll start with a complimentary clarity call to ensure we are a good match and hone in on the main goals for our time together. From there, sessions last an hour in which we spend a few moments at the beginning discussing your particular physical and emotional needs that day. We then flow into a prenatal yoga class tailored to your level, ability, and preferences all outfitted with a playlist, theme, and additional safety modifications curated for you. Each class culminates with a grounding meditation during savasana, sound healing, and an angel card reading. These prenatal yoga classes are a safe space to nurture your body and mind on the journey to motherhood!

- Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! My one on one yoga classes are personalized for your unique needs, therefor are suitable for all levels of experience.
- What equipment/props do I need?
For our yoga session, you will need a mat of your choosing, and a yoga blanket or pillow to increase comfort in some postures.
- Do you offer class packs if I want to purchase multiple classes?
I offer packages of six, twelve, and twenty four sessions, all at a discounted rate.
- What time are your classes?
Whatever time works best for the both of us! You can choose your session time from my schedule directly when booking.
- How often do you recommend I book?
Most clients choose to see me on a weekly basis throughout the year. However, I recommend a minimum of twelve sessions to reap the maximum benefits of prenatal yoga.
