About Me

Okay, so this is the part where I tell you all about me, which I will! But what's most important here is you. What inspires you? What devastates you? What makes you feel good, and how can I help you stay there?

As a certified RYT 500 + RPYT yoga instructor with over 13 years of personal practice, helping women transform their lives is my specialty. In short, my job is to help you embody the most treasured, and sacred version of yourself!
